Mariom Maria Music Academy is located in Hillside, Jamaica, Queens, New York. The academy follows an extremely easy and student-friendly teaching method, making it suitable for learners of any age. Students can learn music in a short period of time with proper guidance.
The academy offers training in Bengali music styles such as Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Geeti, Classical music, and Bangla folk music. Many students are currently learning at this institute under the expert guidance of Ms. Mariom Begum. To date, more than 400 students have successfully completed their courses.
Mst. Begum gives personal attention to each student and encourages them to play the harmonium while singing. This approach helps students learn vocal music and instruments simultaneously. Students regularly participate in stage performances and music competitions at various venues and consistently win many prizes.
